I had such a frustrating experience with this. The refund took way longer than it should have, and the replacement they said was coming never showed up. Every time I reached out, I seemed to get a different answer, which made the whole thing even more annoying. It felt like no one was on the same page.

I ordered a few things from ReptiliaCorp, and the checkout part was totally fine. No weird issues or anything, straightforward.
The shipping, though, was kind of just average. It wasn’t a disaster, but it definitely wasn’t fast either. I think it took about a week before I even saw a tracking update, then a few more days before the package actually showed up.

Everything arrived in good shape and nothing was missing, so that was good. I just wish they were a little quicker getting orders out the door. Not upset about it, just one of those “meh, it was okay” experiences.

I thought the prices seemed fair at first, which is why I placed the order. But after going through the checkout and seeing how things added up, I felt a little misled. It wasn’t exactly the straightforward deal I expected, so I’m not sure I’d order again.

The box was actually sturdy, and nothing showed up damaged. I was a little suspicious at first because I’ve had packages arrive looking rough before, but this one held up fine...

I ordered a hide and a couple tank accessories from Reptilia, and the main thing I was nervous about was whether the sizes would match what was listed.

The measurements were really accurate. The hide fit right into the corner of my setup without crowding the water dish, and it was the same kind of size I pictured from the dimensions, not one of those items that shows up looking way smaller than the photos.

That kind of detail makes a big difference when you’re ordering reptile supplies online. I really appreciated that the product info was specific and correct. Super happy with it, 5 stars from me.

I had a decent experience overall, but the stock situation was kind of all over the place. Some of the things I was looking for were available and easy enough to find, which was nice, but a few specific items I actually wanted ended up being out of stock. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it was a little disappointing because I had gone in hoping to get everything in one trip. So, not bad, just a bit hit or miss depending on what you’re looking for

They kept me updated the whole time, well, not just updated, but actually in the loop. Communication was clear and easy, which I really appreciated.

The photos were close to what I got, and the colors looked right in person. The only thing is the size was a little hard to judge from the listing, so I’m kind of blaming the photos for making me second-guess it. Overall though, it felt accurate enough. 4 stars.

I ordered from reptiliacorp.com and the tracking was the most frustrating part. It just sat on the same status for days, then out of nowhere it said it was out for delivery with basically no updates in between. I tried reaching out, but it felt like there was no actual human contact, just a generic reply telling me to wait. The order did show up in the end, which I’m glad about, but not knowing where it was and not being able to talk to a real person made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be

The feeders were alright this time!! A few showed up looking weak, which was a little disappointing... but they were still usable, so it worked out okay overall!!!

The return policy made sense to me. It was clear and simple, so I wasn’t left kinda guessing what to do.

I’d probably give reptiliacorp.com 4 stars overall. I was trying to grab some food, hides, and a few Tank bits, and it was nice finding most of it in one place instead of bouncing around a bunch of different sites.
A couple things I wanted were out of stock, which was kinda Annoying, but the selection is still better than a few other reptile shops I looked at. I’d use them again, especially if I’m doing a bigger order.

I checked out reptiliacorp.com when I was trying to sort out my gecko’s setup, mostly because I couldn’t remember half the care tips I’d read elsewhere and everything was starting to blur together. Their advice was straightforward, though, which I appreciated. I only remember changing a couple things with his heating and feeding, but whatever I did seems to have helped because he’s been looking a lot better. I’d definitely use the site again

I didn’t have any issues paying. The checkout looked normal and secure, my card went through without a problem, and I checked afterward just to be sure, no strange charges or anything like that. Pretty much what you’d expect from a decent checkout process.

I found what I needed really quickly, and checkout didn’t give me any of those annoying surprises some sites seem to sneak in. it was smoother than I expected.
